3.1 comparison of welding position:
The traditional method of group H section steel is mostly produced by single machine. The workpiece should be formed through three sets of vertical and vertical welding machines, straightening machine and straightening machine. H steel must be hoisted 8 times to be formed after 8 working stations.
The automatic welding line of H steel developed by our company belongs to the continuous welding type. The production line uses only 1-2 workers on the same station, and completes the whole process of assembly, welding, orthopedics, lifting and discharging of H steel in the production process. As long as the crane is hoisted 2 times, the H steel can be formed after 2 workstations, which saves a lot of working hours and improves the production efficiency. The whole production process has the advantages of smooth process, high positioning accuracy, reasonable layout, less land occupation, convenient operation and high automation.
3.2 comparison of welding methods:
The traditional H type steel welding adopts the ship shape position welding, which is to rotate 45° after the web and the flange plate are set up, and the single side welding is carried out after the angle. The advantage is that the weld is formed well. The disadvantage is that the line deformation and the distortion around the axle center are caused by the single side welding, and the deformation is not easy to be corrected.
The welding line of this production line is to place H steel according to I-type and weld two corner joints simultaneously. The advantages of this welding form are symmetrical welding, the web after welding is basically not deformed, the angle deformation of H type steel wing plate can be corrected directly, the correction force is reduced and the correction accuracy is improved.
3.3 operation space comparison:
The production line covers an area of 30 meters, and the split machine occupies an area of 85 meters. The production line of the work-piece space is the 1/3 of the split machine.
3.4 the welding torch is soft connected and the welding angle of the welding torch can be adjusted.
3.5 in the way of web and flange plate alignment, the automatic alignment method of two groups is adopted, which improves the positioning accuracy and work efficiency.
