Welding questions

Welding is not allowed after heat treatment. Now we need the second processing of flange. First, we weld the tooling together to heat treatment. After the second processing, we can remove the tooling. Is that possible?

A cushion plate is added at the connection of the tooling so that the body will not be affected when the tooling is removed.
