Product definition:
The compressed air precision filter is to remove the pollutants in the compressed air system, such as the corrosive solid particles such as dust, iron filings and crud, compressor lubricant, condensate, acid cooling condensate, oil and hydrocarbon mist, etc., to provide high-quality compressed air for the compressor air system that meets the application requirements.

The material of the filter is generally the same as that of the connected process pipe. For different service conditions, the filter made of cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel can be selected.
Fine classification of precision filter element:
The 9-stage main pipeline filter can remove a large number of liquid and solid particles above 3 μ m, reaching a low residual oil content of only 5ppm, with a small amount of water, dust and oil mist. Used for general protection after air compressor, rear cooler and before other filters; used for pre-treatment device of cold dryer.
The 7-Stage air pipeline filter can filter the liquid and solid particles as small as 1 μ m, reaching the low residual oil content of only 0.5ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before grade 5 filter, and for further improvement of air quality after cold dryer and suction dryer.
The 5-stage ultra-high efficiency oil removal filter can remove liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01 μ m, reaching a low residual oil content of only 0.001ppm, and almost all water, dust and oil are removed. Before being used in level 1 filter and suction dryer, it plays a protective role. After the cold dryer, make sure the air is free of oil.
The first stage activated carbon filter can filter the oil mist and hydrocarbon as small as 0.01 μ m, reaching the low residual oil content of only 0.001ppm, free of water, dust and oil, odorless and tasteless. It serves as a filter for some units that must use high quality air, such as food industry, respiration, aseptic packaging, etc
