Working principle
Through the gravitational action of the fan, welding fume exhaust gas is inhaled through the universal suction hood into the air inlet of the equipment. Fire arrester is installed at the air inlet of the equipment. Sparks are blocked by the fire arrester. The fume gas enters the settling chamber. Using gravity and upward airflow, the coarse dust is firstly directly reduced to the ash hopper. Particulate fume is trapped on the outside surface of the filter core. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter core, it is filtered into the clean room. Clean air is further purified by activated carbon filter adsorption and discharged through the outlet.
Harm of welding fume:
The main harmful substances in welding fume are Fe2O3, SiO 2, MnO and HF, among which Fe2O3 is the most abundant gas, accounting for 35.56% of the total fume, followed by SiO 2 10%-20% and MnO 5%-20%. CO, CO, CO 2, O 3, NOX and CH4 are the main harmful gases in welding flue gas, of which CO accounts for a large proportion.
