These foods are sterilized by high temperature in a sterilization pot. Sterilizer is a kind of pressure vessel. Our company has the qualification of pressure vessel production. Each sterilizer produced must pass the verification of the third party before leaving the factory, and will be equipped with a set of procedures along with the boiler.
According to the actual production process, sterilization conditions and technical performance of high-temperature sterilization pot, the safety operation regulations of sterilization pot are formulated, and the following introduction is made to strictly implement the safety operation regulations of sterilization pot.
1. Observe the operation process index of sterilization pot, with working pressure of 0.18mpa and working temperature of 121 ℃.
2. Operation method of sterilization pot;
A. fill the tank with 90 ℃ hot water;
B. add 0.15Mpa compressed air into the tank;
C. open the steam valve and raise the temperature;
D. when the specified temperature is reached, close the steam valve to keep the temperature constant;
E. at a constant temperature, keep it to the required time (different products have different heat preservation time)
F. after the holding time is reached, the hot water in the tank shall be discharged, and cold water shall be injected at the same time, and the pressure in the tank shall be kept stable (generally 0.18-0.2mpa) and reduced, so air compressor is required for air replenishment.
3. Observe the water level gauge. After the cold water is filled, if the temperature indication is about 30 ℃ - 50 ℃, the cooling work is completed, discharge a proper amount of cold water from the tank, relieve the pressure, open the cover and take delivery.
4. It is forbidden to operate the equipment beyond the design pressure (0.35Mpa) and design temperature (140 ℃).
5. Operators shall strictly abide by the safety operation procedures and post responsibility system, and always keep the safety accessories complete, sensitive and reliable, and deal with abnormal phenomena in time.
6. The sterilizer is equipped with safety valve, pressure gauge and thermometer safety accessories. During the use, maintenance and regular calibration shall be strengthened. The opening pressure of the safety valve of the equipment is equal to the design pressure, which shall be kept sensitive, reliable and free of arbitrary adjustment. The accuracy of the pressure gauge shall not be lower than 2.5. The pressure gauge without lead seal shall not be used, and its accuracy shall be inspected at least once a year. The pressure gauge refers to The indicator fails, the scale is unclear, the dial is broken, the pointer does not return to its original position after pressure relief, and the lead seal is damaged, etc. should be replaced immediately. The thermometer should be calibrated regularly. Before use, it should be calibrated with a standard thermometer. After that, it should be calibrated once a year. If the mercury column breaks and the difference between the mercury column and the standard temperature exceeds 0.5 ℃, it should be sent for repair or replacement.
7. The sterilizer shall be inspected regularly, at least once a year for external inspection, and at least once every three years for internal inspection.
8. In the process of use, the parking mechanism should often apply grease and oil to the sliding and rolling contact parts such as lock block and active ring flange to ensure that the friction surface is in lubrication state.
9. When the sealing ring on the flange surface of the boiler body is aged, damaged or excessively rubbed, the sealing ring shall be replaced in time to prevent leakage.
