Feature description
YA series circular vibrating screen is using ordinary motor drive vibrator, the screen body of periodic vibration exciting force along the direction of the material, a continuous circular motion on the screen, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.
YA circular vibrating screen consists of vibration source, screen, screen body, a damping device and a bottom support plate, screen machine is made of high quality steel plate with side plates and beams, the exciter base with high strength bolts or ring groove rivet connection, reasonable structure, sturdy and durable.
Instructions
A, screen machine before the start, should check whether the fastening bolts loose, if loose should be tightened again.
B, the screening machine no-load running time is 4-6 hours, required sieve body smooth, no yaw and abnormal sound, the vibration of bearing temperature is less than or equal to 75oC.
C, idle running, should be a re tighten the screw bolt.
D, after normal operation, regularly check the fastening bolts.
E, often check the vulnerable parts, to be damaged or lost elasticity of the spring to be replaced in a timely manner. The screen occurred fracture or wear, should be timely to tighten or replacement. The source of adjustment, use and maintenance manual please refer to source. (vibration motor using 3 months after refueling time, exciter refueling once half a month, a year of repair, overhaul).
F, parking should be stopped before feeding, to be screened after the end of the material to stop.
Installation and commissioning
A, before the installation, should refer to the installation drawing of concrete foundation, embedded anchor bolts or embedded steel plate flatness error less than 3mm.
B, installation, check and adjust the levels of spring, the position of supporting force uniform, the motor axis should be below the axis of the vibrator 3-5mm, symmetric point supporting spring should be level high (error less than 3mm).
C, screen machine parts should be firmly connected, all bolts should be tightened before the start.
The eccentric angle of D, debugging of the vibrator can adjust the excitation force, so as to adjust the amplitude of the sieve machine.
The distance between E and other obstructions is not less than 100mm.
