HICHINE海泰美信气液混合泵的吸入口可以利用负压作用吸入气体,所以无需采用空气压缩机和大气喷射器。高速旋转的泵叶轮将液体与气体混合搅拌,所以无需搅拌器和混合器。由于泵内的加压混合,气体与液体充分溶解,溶解效率可达80~100%,微细气泡20-39微米。所以无需大型加压溶气罐或昂贵的反应塔即可制取高度溶解液。气液比约为1:9(吸气量为8-10%),串联使用可以增加吸气量。一台HICHINE海泰美信气液混合泵即可进行气液吸引、混合、溶解并直接将高度溶解液送至使用点。过泵流量 1-50 M3/H;处理水量1-150 M3/H 。因此,使用HICHINE海泰美信气液混合泵,可以提高溶气液制取效率、简化制取装置、节省场地、大幅降低初次投资、节省运行成本及维护费用。
