Chromium molybdenum alloy steel plates in the middle temperature (350 ~ 480 DEG C) hydrogen environment can prevent hydrogen embrittlement and hydrogen corrosion, hydrogen sulfide stripping, corrosion resistance, and has low temper brittleness of good manufacturing, widely used in chemical fertilizer, petroleum chemical and thermal power plant equipment, such as ammonia, coal gasification furnace, reactor transform furnace and hydrogenation reactor.
The use of special smelting means to reduce phosphorus content so that the SA387 has a high resistance to brittleness, while in low temperature environment also has a good impact toughness.
SA387 material is suitable for the refining and gas processing in the hydrogenation reaction and conversion equipment at high temperature, the maximum thickness of the steel plate can reach 250mm thickness. According to the different thickness and the impact of the requirements, selection of heat treatment of SA387 steel plate with heat treatment or normalizing and rapid cooling and tempering treatment.
