XMC pulse single dust collector operation attention:
(1) XMC pulse single dust collector, should be switched on the compressed air to the storage tank, switch on the control power supply, start the ash discharge device, if there are other devices in the system, should start the downstream equipment.
(2) when the XMC pulse machine is shut down, the compressed air source is not cut off, especially when the blower is working, the compressed air must be provided to the air cylinder of the lifting valve to ensure the opening state of the lifting valve.
(3) the gas tank, gas separator should be in triplet emissions once per shift, while the industrial dust collector oil-water separator should be every 3 ~ June cleaning time, oil mist should always check the oil and gas in time.
