The LCPM-GS/A96 type dust collector adopts advanced off-line three state ash cleaning mechanism to avoid the re adsorption of dust, and the dust removal is thorough and reliable. LCPM-GS/A96 type dust collector is designed by using the new technology of single chamber spraying and blowing. The number of pulse valve is 6-20 times more than that of conventional filter, and the service life of vulnerable parts is high. The dust removal mechanism adopts the single chip microcomputer automatic control, and has the timing and the manual control of the two control. Efficient three state ash cleaning mechanism can filter high concentration dust (allow inlet dust concentration 1000g/Nm) instead of the original two dust, reduce the cost of investment. Advanced spring ring type bag fastening and import bag cage welding line to produce high quality products can not only ensure the bag cage, effective sealing bag, and prolong the service life of the filter bag.
