Partial rotary F-DQW10 intelligent actuator;
The DQ/JW (B) series integral part rotary / angle stroke electric actuator is suitable for opening, closing or adjusting butterfly valves, ball valves and baffles for 90 degree angle stroke valves.
This series of electric actuators can be controlled in a long distance and can be operated on the spot. It is widely used in power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, pharmaceutical, waterworks and sewage treatment industries.
The performance of the product conforms to the JB/T8528-1997 "common type valve electric device technical conditions" provisions; the performance of flameproof with GB3836.1-2000 "explosive gas environment electrical equipment - part first: General requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "explosive gas environment electrical equipment - Part second: Flameproof Enclosure" d "and" JB/T8529-1997 "flameproof type of valve electric device technical conditions" provisions.

Outdoor type: places for non flammable, explosive and non corrosive medium;
Explosion proof grade of flameproof type: EXdIIBT4 is suitable for explosive gas mixture of IIA and IIB class T1-T4.
Protection grade: IP65 (special order IP67, IP68)
Working mode: the regulation type is S5, the load duration is 10%, and the number of work is 630c/h.
The switch type is S2, 10min.
Switch type and adjustable electrical part structure
1 switch type: control system and electric device are integrated into one, and it is called integrated switch electric device. Its electrical part is mainly composed of switch module, knob module, opening meter (or digital indicator), contactor and so on, as shown in Figure 4. The electrical components are mounted on a flip sheet to adjust the torque control mechanism, the stroke control mechanism, and the opening indicator. There are two knobs on the knob device, one is the state knob (the right side), the other is the operation knob (left side), depending on the electric housing, the arrow indicates the operation mode, the operation knob clockwise swirling to the arrow is the opening valve, and the counterclockwise is the closing valve.
2 regulation type: the regulating system is introduced on the basis of switch mode, that is, the regulating electric device is formed. Its electrical part is composed of adjusting module, knob assembly, opening meter (or digital indicator), contactor and so on. The 4~20mA standard signal can be received and output.
