Working principle：
JYDX100 * 40 wheat hardness index tester is driven by motor to set up on the outer surface of the rotor, and the cutter and the external cutter disc produce shear and impact crushing effect on the sample, so that the sample is smashed. At the same time, a high-speed rotating rotor blade produces a centrifugal air field in the crushing chamber. After crushing, the powder particles enter the hopper through the screen mesh under the centrifugal impact of the airflow field, rotor and itself. In a certain time of grinding, the hardness of wheat with different hardness is different from that of screen mesh, and the percentage of wheat grain quality is accounted for the percentage of wheat quality, which is characterized by HI. The greater the hardness index, the higher the hardness of the wheat, and on the contrary, the lower the hardness of the wheat.
