We know that the sealing ring is deformed and principle depend on external back seal. Rubber elastic quality and tensile strength quality is one of the very important index to measure the quality of imported o-ring. Taiwan asmall sealed XOK is made of imported rubber and advanced production technology to ensure the high elasticity and excellent tensile strength of the sealing ring. The elasticity of rubber is usually expressed by the rebound rate, and sometimes it can be expressed by the elongation and permanent deformation; the material of the imported O-ring has large elongation, small permanent deformation and large elasticity. High elasticity is mainly related to molecular weight, conformational entropy of crimp molecules, crosslinking density of vulcanizate and type of crosslinking bond. The large molecular weight of rubber is beneficial to the improvement of elasticity. Moderate crosslinking can reduce or eliminate the slip between molecular chains, which is conducive to the improvement of elasticity. Moreover, the polysulfide bond is smaller, and the kinetic force of molecular chain is smaller.

If the pressure comes from the inside, the outer diameter of the sealing ring should be in contact with the outer diameter of the groove (its circumference compression is less than 1%). If the pressure comes from the outside side, the inner diameter of the rubber ring should be in contact with the inner diameter of the groove, and the maximum allowable stretch is 3%.
