Use of steam sandwich pan
1, before feeding, a small amount of water should be injected into the sandwich pot first, open the bottom ball valve, and then open the intake valve. After the cold air in the interlayer of the pot body is exhausted, the ball valve is closed. When the pressure gauge pointer rises to the working pressure set by the sandwich pan, the safety valve is adjusted to achieve the pressure relief value stipulated in this equipment, and automatic deflation is made. At this time, the intake valve can be shut down to stop the supply of steam.
2, clean the sandwich pan, put into the material, slowly open the intake valve, when the material reaches the required temperature and the predetermined heating time, close the intake valve. Open the drain valve, release the steam, make the pressure in the sandwich pot zero, and the vertical interlayer pot can turn the handwheel to make the pan tilt and enter and discharge. At this point, a job is completed.
3, every operation should be opened, the drain valve should be opened and the cold condensate in the interlayer of the pot should be discharged. If the water is too large in the interlayer, it should be checked to check the failure of the steam draining device to ensure the normal heat exchange, so as to avoid prolonging the operation time and influence the efficiency.
