2. Structure form: it can be divided into tilting type and vertical structure. It should be mixed with or without mixing according to the technological requirements.

Use note:
1. Steam pressure should not exceed the fixed working pressure for a long time.
2, the intake valve should be slowly opened, until the pressure is required, the shut-off valve at the outlet of the condensate, if the trap is installed, should eventually open the valve; if no trap is used, the valve is open until the steam is spillover, and the opening degree is kept in a small amount of water vapor spillover.
3, the safety valve can be adjusted automatically according to the pressure of users using steam.
4, steam pot in the use process, we should always pay attention to the change of vapor pressure, adjust with the intake valve timely.
5. After stopping the intake, open the cock plug of the bottom of the pot and open the remaining water.
6, the tilting and mixing type sandwich pan, before each class, should be refuel at the various rotating parts; the parts on the body of the stirred sandwich pan are recommended to use the cooked vegetable oil; the other places are used 30#--40# mechanical oil.
