Safety shutoff valve
The safety cut-off valve is placed on the upstream pipeline of the pressure regulating system. The shut-off valve is a overpressure protection device often used to complete overpressure protection by suppression, that is, when the outlet pressure is raised or reduced to the emergency shutoff valve setting pressure.
When the force is on, the action of the emergency shut-off valve stops the gas supply to the downstream. When the shut-off valve is not working, it is a circulation part of the fluid. When the shut-off valve works, the user line is completely cut off until the cause of the error is solved. According to the relevant standards, the shut-off valve can only be reset by manual operation, and can not be automatically opened. The structure of the shut-off valve is shown in Figure 3.
The general requirements for the shut-off valve are as follows: the emergency shutoff valve should be driven by the pipe gas; the emergency shut-off valve should have the function of overpressure and undervoltage cut off, only overpressure cut off when the factory is out of the factory and the need to set the setting spring only when the underpressure is cut; when the overpressure is cut off, the action precision of the emergency shut-off valve is started as the starting point. 1% of the dynamic pressure; the action precision of the emergency shut-off valve is 5% of the starting pressure when the pressure is cut off. The relief valve is usually placed on the outlet line of the pressure regulating system. The discharge valve is a channel mouth that can connect the fluid to the atmosphere. The force that controls the opening or closing of the channel is the medium pressure that the vent valve needs to monitor. When the outlet pressure rises to the relief valve setting pressure, the relief valve is discharged and the air is discharged to the atmosphere. The function of the discharge valve is when the pipeline is in the working or static state, when the pressure of the pressure point pressure is overheated by the zero flow rate, or the pressure of the downstream pressure cutting device suddenly starts or the pressure regulator fails, the outlet pressure of the pressure regulating station is temporarily overpressure. To reduce the outlet pressure of the surge station, it plays a role of safety protection. When the outlet pressure of the regulator station drops below the discharge pressure, the globe valve automatically closes the ball. The simple relief valve structure is shown in Figure 4.

The general requirements for the relief valve are as follows: the relief valve is a cut-off valve structure and the pipe gas is used as the driving source; when the pressure is discharged, the action precision of the discharge valve is 5% of the starting pressure; when the gas pressure of the pipe is lower than the starting pressure, the discharge valve should be closed, no leakage and leakage; within a given spring pressure level, The pressure of the relief valve should be adjusted continuously between the maximum and the minimum, and there is no blocking and abnormal vibration. When the working pressure is less than 1.6MPa, the shell is suitable for the spheroidal graphite cast iron or cast steel (the cast aluminum can be selected when the diameter is less than DN50 and the working pressure is not more than 0.8MPa); when the working pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, the shell should be selected.
