Hankison filter / Hankison filter element in the U.S. adopts the media and manufacturing technology newly invented by * in the design. Hankison can improve the performance, reduce the size and reduce the operating pressure drop. The Hankison filter housing has been redesigned to increase the flow area to reduce pressure drop and to make installation, operation and maintenance easier. The system optimization method is adopted in Hankison design, so that users can easily select the matching filter type according to the required compressed air quality. Hankison products have been tested by many independent inspection organizations to ensure that they meet cagi, ISO and pneurop standards.
E9 series main pipeline filter can remove a large number of liquid and solid particles above 3 μ m, reaching * low residual oil content of only 5ppm, with a small amount of water, dust and oil mist. It is used for general protection after air compressor, rear cooler and before other filters; it is used for treatment device before cold dryer.
E7 series air pipeline filter can remove liquid and solid particles as small as 1 μ m, reaching * low residual oil content of only 0.5ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before E5 filter and for further improvement of air quality after cold dryer and suction dryer.
