Taiwan Jiameng Taiwan Jiameng filter element high density aluminum extruded filter shell. The design of anode antirust treatment and pressure relief device is perfect.
Filter core: the inner layer adopts four layers of active drainage oil drainage "borosilicate micro glass woven micro" filter material, matched with two layers of stainless steel supporting filter screen and fixed screw, and the outer layer is covered with silicon free foam which can resist synthetic oil. Grade o - ultra high efficiency oil removal filter
It is mainly used upstream of the adsorption dryer or downstream of the freeze dryer to ensure that the air used in the system is completely oil-free. It can filter the liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01 μ m, and the residual oil content is only 0.001 ppm w / W. Remember to install T-level air pipeline filter upstream to protect it.
Grade V - activated carbon deodorization filter
The filter element can completely absorb the peculiar smell of hydrocarbon and other gases through the special activated carbon infiltration treatment, so as to meet the requirements of high quality air quality, such as food, medicine, breathing air, etc. It can remove oil mist and hydrocarbon as small as 0.01 μ m, and the residual oil is only 0.003ppm w / W. Remember to install A-level super efficient oil removal filter upstream to protect it.
