【1】 Working principle of air precooler
According to the principle of refrigeration and dehumidification, the refrigeration dryer uses the totally closed compression refrigeration system to cool down the compressed gas discharged by the air compressor, so that a large number of saturated water vapor and oil mist condensate drops contained in it are discharged by the automatic drainer after being separated by gas and water. The saturated compressed gas with higher temperature enters the precooler of the cold dryer, and exchanges heat with the dry and cold gas from the evaporator in the precooler. After the temperature is reduced, it enters the evaporator of the refrigeration system, and exchanges heat with the refrigerant steam for the second time, so that its temperature is close to the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant. During the two cooling processes, the water vapor in the compressed gas can be condensed into liquid state The water drops enter into the gas-water separator along with the air flow, the separated liquid water is discharged out of the machine through the automatic drainer, and the dry compressed gas with lower temperature enters into the precooler to exchange heat with the wet saturated gas just entering, so as to improve its temperature, so as to obtain the dry compressed gas with lower water content (i.e. lower dew point) and low relative humidity at the outlet of the dryer. Because of reliable operation, convenient management and low operating cost, freeze dryer has become the first choice of air compressor station purification equipment in various industries.

The refrigeration compressor adopts the international advanced rotary or scroll type, piston type totally enclosed refrigeration compressor and semi enclosed screw type refrigeration compressor (above 30HP), with stable operation, low noise, reliable performance, long power saving life, high energy efficiency ratio, and protection grade of IP54 (dustproof and splash proof).
High quality copper tube with pure aluminum fins is selected for heat exchanger and air condenser, with high heat exchange efficiency, small volume and compact structure. The cylinder material is stainless steel or carbon steel galvanized to avoid secondary pollution to the compressed air.
The refrigeration control elements are advanced Danfoss in Denmark, Sportan and alco in the United States. They have excellent performance. They have throttling and depressurizing functions of thermal expansion valve, energy regulation functions of hot gas bypass valve, over-current, over load, high and low pressure protection functions of refrigerant, etc.
The gas-liquid separator adopts the organic combination of cyclone separation and stainless steel wire mesh mist catching, which has a complete gas-liquid separation effect, avoids the secondary evaporation of water, and ensures the drying effect of the cold dryer. It has better performance than cyclone separator, lower cost than filter gas-liquid separator, and higher performance price ratio.
The water condenser is a high-quality low fin copper tube with slow water flow, multi stroke, high heat exchange efficiency, and it is not suitable for scaling in long-term use.
The automatic drainer is set according to the demand, and the water removal and energy saving are achieved; the floating ball type and electronic timing can be selected.
External rotor cooling fan, large air volume, low noise, frequent start and stop for long life.
Pressure parts shall be manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with GB150-1998 steel pressure vessel and GB151-1999 shell and tube heat exchanger, and shall be subject to the supervision of Safety Technical Supervision Regulation for pressure vessels.
The structure design of the equipment is reasonable and convenient for maintenance; the surface is thermally sprayed with plastic, with beautiful appearance and no rust; there is no foundation installation, stable operation and no vibration, low maintenance rate, no consumables, and low operation cost. 3、 Services provided after warranty period

4、 During the warranty period, paid maintenance service will be implemented in the following cases
