1、 Application and product features:
The noise emitted by steam emission from steam boilers and other thermal equipment far exceeds the value specified in the noise health standard for industrial enterprises issued by China. They have the advantages of large silencing capacity, small volume, light weight and convenient installation. According to different uses, there are several forms as follows:
1. Boiler ignition exhaust silencer (TB)
In order to suppress the noise of high-pressure steam flow, there are many kinds of silencers in the world at present. Most of them use multi-stage throttling to reduce the pressure. Because of its complex structure, heavy weight and difficult to overhaul, its application range is limited. The silencer of the new structure overcomes the above disadvantages.
This type of exhaust muffler system is designed on the basis of sound elimination principle. The high-pressure steam enters the depressurized body after a flow control in the exhaust silencer and is expanded in a large volume to form low-pressure steam and then ejects. In this process, the energy in the steam flow is partially converted into the sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is greatly weakened, the noise is still higher than the standard value due to the deviation of the exhaust steam from the design value and other reasons. In order to effectively absorb the residual noise, a double-layer structure acoustic mask is designed outside the depressor. When the user installs according to the requirements, the total noise reduction amount should be 36-42 dB.
2. Steam safety door silencer (TA type)
It is well known that for the safety valve of thermal equipment such as boilers, the exhaust steam should avoid excessive noise, and the steam flow should be discharged smoothly. Therefore, the common multi-stage throttling and small hole injection should not be used in the past. This restriction has always been the design difficulty of the safety valve muffler, and also the reason for the poor noise reduction effect of the safety valve muffler. The muffler used for the safety door of the utility model also adopts the noise elimination principle of anti spray and resistance, in which the large hole expansion replaces the small diameter flow control hole, and the structure strengthens the noise elimination mechanism of anti spray and resistance, so as to achieve the ideal noise elimination effect.
3. LP steam silencer (TD type)
