Fuel (gas) hot blast stove
The fuel gas hot air stove is a kind of heating equipment that uses oil and gas as fuel, and air is used as the carrier, through the forced circulation of the fan, after heat exchanger heat exchange and filter of air filter, to output clean hot air. The heated fresh air is isolated from the flue gas for heat exchange, heated high temperature air, clean and pollution-free hot air source. The boiler adopts a full steel plate multi-layer telescopic structure integrated unit with the core of the furnace as the combustion chamber and the annular heat exchanger around it. The air and the flue gas are all backhaul, and the heat transfer is carried out each way. In order to improve the thermal efficiency, the multi-head spiral groove plate heat transfer and turbulence principle are used to reduce the thickness of laminar flow, so that the air and flue gas are constantly exchanged in the direction of rotation, which greatly strengthens the heat transfer effect.
