The paint is spread from the bottom of the atomizing disc at high speed at the bottom of the atomizing disc and rapidly produced by the high velocity centrifugal rotation. The material is loaded with high voltage static electricity and quickly adsorbed onto the workpiece surface (grounding electrode) to form uniform coating so as to achieve the purpose of spraying.
The pneumatic high-speed atomizer is driven by high speed bearings, and the speed is controlled by the size of the pneumatic control.
