Analysis of different pressure regulating methods for Jining r100s gas regulator
Suzhou Industrial Park was established early and its infrastructure was perfect. Many enterprises at home and abroad gathered. Suzhou gas supplies tens of thousands of residents and many industries and businesses to supply gas. In 2007, the volume of gas supply has reached 150 million m3, of which industrial households account for more than 85% of annual gas consumption. More than 30 large industrial users with gas consumption exceeding 1 million m a year. And the number of large industrial users and gas consumption are increasing year by year.
The gas facilities of new industrial projects shall be invested by the owners themselves. Especially for large industrial projects, the complexity and dispersion of gas consumption equipment, the large volume of gas consumption and the different operating pressure determine the high cost of gas construction in the early stage. How to optimize and reduce the overall investment of gas projects through pre design is the research issue of our engineering and technical personnel. This paper discusses the technical and economical characteristics of various design schemes for large scale industrial gas projects.
Technical and economical comparison of various design schemes
The metering of shunting and pressure regulation is centrally placed in the pressure regulating metering box. See Table 1.
The scheme is accurate in metering, convenient for gas monitoring and maintenance, and convenient for gas meter operators. It is the first choice of many cities in the design of industrial gas. But the project owners have overinvested earlier.
