The basic configuration of 2+0 gas regulator cabinet
In the urban gas transmission and distribution system, the pressure regulating system adjusts the higher gas pressure to the lower pressure according to the gas demand, and guarantees the stable and uninterrupted gas supply to the user. Therefore, it is an important part of the gas transmission and distribution system. Comparing with the traditional station, the pressure regulator has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, less land occupation, complete function and low comprehensive cost, so it has achieved good economic and environmental effects.
The application of pressure regulator in city pipe network: the pressure regulator is placed in the special cabinet near the gas building to regulate and stabilize the pressure.
(1) The technological process of the pressure regulating cabinet is the same as that of the pressure regulating station. It is also composed of filters, pressure regulators, safety release valves, valves, measuring instruments, etc.

Fig. 1 The main and auxiliary pressure regulating and supplying system of the pressure regulating cabinet is in the form of "2 + 0" structure. The main pressure regulating and supplying system adopts the direct acting pressure regulator and the parallel monitoring configuration to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment and meet the requirements of the pressure regulating precision. The working regulator is set according to the design outlet pressure (P2), the monitoring regulator is set according to the design outlet pressure 1.1 times (1.1 P2). The auxiliary (bypass) circuit system is used in the main regulator system fault repair to ensure uninterrupted gas supply. In addition, it is equipped with filter, overpressure (low pressure) safety shutoff valve and safety release valve, inlet and outlet shutoff valve, relief valve, filter blowdown valve, inlet and outlet and intermediate pressure detection, filter resistance (differential pressure) detection instrument, etc.
