(1) The company adopts domestic advanced smelting equipment-3 ton double chamber vacuum consumable electric arc furnace for multiple smelting. The whole smelting process is fully automated, with high control precision and short smelting cycle. The titanium ingot produced has homogeneous chemical composition, no inclusion, no segregation, small shrinkage hole and high yield. According to the requirements of aerospace titanium, multi-smelting process is adopted to make the chemical composition of the product more uniform, grain size finer and uniform distribution, ensuring the physical properties of the product.
(2) The company adopts advanced forging equipment-2000 tons free forging oil press for forging, which can be fixed-range and constant-pressure. The hydraulic press of the manipulator can be controlled on the same platform. The structure of the product can be changed internally, the mechanical properties of the product can be improved, and the microstructure of the forged titanium and titanium alloy products is uniform, stable and reliable.
(3) According to the requirement of aerospace titanium, the multi-pier drawing process is adopted in the forging process, which can effectively guarantee the structure of the product and improve the mechanical properties of the product.
(4) the PLC automatic control system is used in natural gas furnace and electric furnace for forging. The program is programmed to automatically heat up, keep warm, and record the heating data automatically. Melting and forging and all kinds of heating data can be traceable.
