Features and components of ATS filter element:
Filter element is the heart of precision filter, so it is called filter element. It is composed of stainless steel framework with corrosion resistance, excellent structural performance and different structures. It has high welding strength and low air flow resistance. In order to make the contact area of the medium larger, the filtering rate is improved and the filtering effect is improved. Therefore, the filter elements of different precision levels adopt different structural types and new type of "matrix mixed fiber". In order to ensure the high efficiency of oil removal, the surface layer adopts a sealed foam sleeve which is resistant to oil and acid chemical corrosion to prevent the coalescing liquid from entering the air flow again.
The filter element is composed of upper and lower plastic end covers, internal and external stainless steel frames, glass fiber in the middle and filter paper. Working principle of ATS filter element:
The filter element is also the main principle of the filter. It is the purification equipment needed to purify the original ecological resources and reuse them. Generally, the filter element is mainly used in oil filtration, water filtration, air filtration and other filtration industries. The removal of a small amount of impurities in the filter medium can protect the normal operation of the equipment or the cleanness of the air. When the fluid passes through the filter element with a certain accuracy, its impurities are blocked, and the clean fluid flows out through the filter element. Introduction to different accuracy levels of ATS filter element:
The EC grade activated carbon filter element can remove oil mist and hydrocarbon as small as 0.01 μ m, reaching a low residual oil content of only 0.003ppm, free of moisture, dust and oil, odorless and tasteless. Play the role of the latter filter, for some units that must use high-quality air, such as food industry, breathing, aseptic packaging, etc.
EH level high efficiency oil removal filter can remove liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01 μ m, reaching a low residual oil content of 001ppm, and almost all moisture, dust and oil are removed. It is used for protection before E3 filtering and drying machine, and after cold drying machine, make sure there is no oil in the air.
The filter element of EM grade air pipeline filter can remove the liquid and solid particles as small as 1 μ m, reaching the low residual oil content of only 0.5ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before E5 filter and for further improvement of air quality after cold dryer and suction dryer.
EP grade main pipeline filter element can remove a large number of liquid and solid particles above 3 μ m, reaching a low residual oil of only 5ppm, with a small amount of water, dust and oil mist. It is used for general protection after air compressor, rear cooler and before filter; it is used for pretreatment before cold dryer
