When choosing voltage regulator, residents usually choose single circuit voltage regulator. The range of inlet pressure is 0.2 MPa~0.4 MPa, and the range of outlet pressure is 1500 Pa~2000 Pa. When choosing voltage regulator in a design, besides the selection according to the flow rate, the location of the regulator should also be considered. If the voltage regulator is located in the center of the users in the community, then according to the flow rate, how many large voltage regulators should be selected, and the opening degree of the voltage regulator should be in the range of 70%-90%.
This can not only make the voltage regulator work in good condition, but also ensure the normal operation of downstream residents'pressure during peak gas use. If the position of the voltage regulator has been fixed by the developer, it can only be installed in a corner of the community, when selecting the voltage regulator, the pressure in front of the user stove at the far end of the voltage regulator should be considered not less than 1000Pa. Voltage regulator selection should be larger than the normal size; also in a residential area to take into account the future development scale of the residential area, there must be a certain surplus in the selection of voltage regulator, otherwise the residential area users will increase, the flow of voltage regulator will not meet the peak downstream user gas consumption.
When choosing voltage regulators, commercial users and industrial users generally choose double-circuit regulators. The import pressure range of commercial users is 0.2 MPa~0.4 MPa, the outlet pressure of regulators is 12,000 Pa~16,500 Pa, the import pressure range of industrial users is 0.2 MPa~0.4 MPa, and the outlet pressure of regulators is 20-50 KPa. They usually choose to be placed close to the user, which can reduce the pressure loss caused by distance.
