Recommended safety distance for gas pressure relief valve
The design pressure level of urban gas pipeline has 7 grades. The design pressure of urban gas pipeline is medium pressure B grade (0.01MPa < P < 0.2MPa). According to the flammable and explosive characteristics of gas, all users must pass through the regulator to regulate the pressure before using, so that they can use gas safely. When installing the voltage regulator, it must conform to the GB50028-2006 town gas design code.
1) AQ type pressure regulating station is built in a single building. Medium voltage B stage pressure regulating station should meet the following requirements when constructing.
A. 6.0m away from the external walls of buildings, 12.0m away from the external walls of important public buildings and high-rise civil buildings, 10.0m away from the railway central line, 2.0m away from urban roads, and 4.0m away from public power transformer and distribution cabinets.
B. The surge station shall be separated from the adjacent room by solid wall, the thickness of the partition wall shall not be less than 24cm, and the two sides shall be plastered; no flue shall be installed in the surge station, and the fire resistance grade shall not be lower than the second level.
Natural ventilation should be adopted in the C. regulator station. The number of ventilation should not be less than 2 times per hour.
The doors and windows of the D. regulator station should be opened outwards, and protective barriers and protective nets should be set up. It is particularly important to set up protective walls.
E. The surge station located in open field should be equipped with lightning arrester separately, and its grounding resistance should be less than 10.
F. Pressure relief measures should be taken in the surge station, and conform to the national standard GB50016 fire code for building design.
The outlet pipe of G. regulator station should be above 1.0m of its eaves.
Valves must be installed on the outdoor import and export pipelines of the H. regulator station. When it is built separately on the ground, the distance between the valve and the pressure regulating station should not be less than 10 m; when it is adjacent to other buildings, the distance between the valve and the pressure regulating station should not be less than 5 m; when the distance between the outdoor branch valve and the inlet valve of the pressure regulating station is less than 100 m, the valve can be merged into one.
