Pressure regulating pry is a gas pressure regulating metering equipment which integrates filtration, metering, heating and pressure regulating. Natural gas is introduced into the device through gas pipeline. The magazines such as solid dust particles above 5 um in natural gas are removed by filter core filter in the device. The gas flow is measured by gas vortex flowmeter. The flow calculation is carried out by flow. The volume computer completes and uploads its total amount to the station control system.
The flowmeter is equipped with an electric ball valve, which can switch the measuring fault circuit to the standby circuit by the station control system. The measured natural gas enters the direct acting electric heating system, and the natural gas enters the pressure control system after heating up.
The first pressure control system consists of one safety shutoff valve and two pressure regulating valves in series. The second pressure control system consists of two safety shutoff valves and one pressure regulating valve in series. Safety shut-off valve and pressure regulating valve are independent equipment. Normally, the safety shut-off valve and the monitoring pressure regulating valve are in full open position, and the downstream pressure is controlled by the working pressure regulating valve. When the working pressure regulating valve fails and the downstream pressure cannot be controlled, the monitoring pressure regulating valve starts to work to maintain the safe range of downstream pressure.
If the surveillance pressure regulating valve fails and the downstream pressure cannot be controlled, the safety shutoff valve automatically cuts off the gas source to ensure the safety of downstream pipelines and equipment.
Generally, two gas supply branches work at the same time, and each branch can independently assume the load of the whole system to configure, so as to ensure the continuity and stability of gas turbine supply.
The pressure regulating pry electric heating control cabinet is specially designed for natural gas self-use pry natural gas heating. The main circuit consists of an incoming circuit breaker QF1, a contactor KM1 and a power regulator RKZ3. The control loop consists of relay xJx, PID temperature controller MAC50D, alarm indicator xHx and alarm buzzer xH01.
The control system has local/stop/remote operation mode and manual/automatic operation mode. At the same time, the system has protection functions such as overheating, fault indication, overcurrent and lightning protection.
The control parameters are set as follows: flange alarm temperature TE1:90 C; heating core high temperature alarm temperature TE3:80 C; heating core high temperature alarm temperature TE2:150-195 C; heater outlet temperature TE4:10-20 C. In the automatic control mode, the electric heater is controlled by a temperature controller TE4. In this control mode, the main control thermometer TE4 collects the outlet temperature of the electric heater. If the outlet temperature of the electric heater collected is lower than the set temperature, the signal of 4-20 mADC is output to the power regulator through the calculation of PID. At the same time, if there is gas flow in the process pipeline, and the flow switch action is caused to make the flow. When the quantity switch outputs the closed node signal, the power regulator outputs the required power. The output power of the heater is adjusted smoothly from 0% to 100%. If the temperature at the outlet of the heater is higher than the set temperature or the flow switch does not operate, the heater stops working.
