Typical natural gas surge station
Natural gas is transferred from the trunk line under the jurisdiction of the Natural Gas Pipeline Company to the gas handling system of the gas turbine power plant for processing. Through the analysis of the maximum pressure drop of the natural gas processing system, when the pressure of the upstream natural gas pipeline network can meet the demand of gas turbine under various working conditions, the natural gas pressure regulating station should be selected for the natural gas processing system. Gas surge station is generally divided into several functions according to the different functions of each device. Typical natural gas surge stations include emergency cut-off pry at entrance, crude separation pry, metering pry, filter pry, heating pry, pressure regulating pry, condensate collection device, release device and control system. The main configurations and functions of the gas surge station are as follows:
1) Emergency cut-off pry at entrance: emergency cut-off in case of electrical insulation with upstream pipeline, fire, serious leakage and other emergencies.
2) Crude separation pry: to achieve the crude separation of natural gas into the plant, and to protect the operation safety of follow-up equipment.
3) metering pry: realizing flow metering and monitoring the natural gas consumption of the whole plant.
4) Filter pry: Fine filtration of natural gas to meet the needs of downstream users.
5) Heating pry: heating natural gas to meet the requirements of downstream users.
6) Pressure regulating pry: Reduce the pressure of natural gas from higher pressure to the pressure of gas turbine demand, and meet the pressure fluctuation requirements of gas turbine.
7) Condensate collecting device and releasing device: meet the requirements of safe discharge and environmental protection of surge station.
8) Control system: Monitor and control each function module of voltage regulating station.
