Analysis of Condensate Reasons by Runfeng of Natural Gas Pressure Reducing Valve
According to the principle of Joule-Thomson effect, the temperature drop of natural gas will occur in the process of adiabatic throttling expansion.
Generally, the pressure decreases by 0.2-0.3 MPa and the temperature decreases by about 1 C.
In this way, the stronger the negative pressure, the more likely it is to form ice blockage at the conduit or valve orifice of the regulator commander.
It is very common to adjust the natural gas pressure from 4 MPa to 0.4 MPa.
Especially in winter, if the temperature of natural gas at the outlet of the regulator drops sharply above 12 C and the temperature of the regulator is below 10 C, the outlet temperature of the regulator will drop below - 2 C.
Because the caliber of the pipe or valve orifice of the regulator commander is relatively small, when the bottle is filled with such moisture and impurities as natural gas.
Once the valve orifice freezes, it will cause a series of problems, such as the failure of pressure regulating function of the regulator, high-pressure natural gas entering the downstream pipeline of the regulator, and so on.
Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of gas use, the operation of the regulator can be guaranteed smoothly by only increasing the temperature of natural gas at the inlet of the local regulator.

这么说来,负压力越强,将极有可能在调压器指挥器的导管处或阀口处形成冰堵。
而使天然气压力从4MPa,调节到0.4MPa是很常见的状况。
特别是在冬天,如果天然气在调压器出口的温度急剧下降12℃以上,调压器气温为10℃以下时,调压器出口温度将降到-2℃以下。
又因为调压器指挥器的导管或阀口的口径比较小,当瓶内装有如天然气这种带有水分及杂质。
一旦阀口结冰,则会造成调压器调压功能失灵,高压天然气从而进入调压器下游管道,等一系列问题。
所以,为了保证用气安全,可以通过仅仅提高局部调压器入口天然气的温度,来保障调压器的运行通畅。
