II. Use Environment
WK three-phase switching electrical installation controller can be directly installed in the electric actuator, protection level IP65, the use of environmental requirements are as follows:

3. Use humidity range. Less than 90% RH, no condensation;

III. Operational Instructions
WK three-phase switching electrical installation controller can realize local or remote control. The main functions and specific operation methods are as follows:
1. Switching working mode
The local button and remote button on the panel can switch operation mode freely. The default mode is remote operation mode after power-on. The remote signal light is on. At this time, the remote control port input signal controls the installation action, and does not respond to the panel on, off and off button operation. If you need to switch to the local operation mode, just press the local button to switch to the local mode, and the local indicator light is on. At this time, the panel button can be used to operate the electric installation.
2. Choosing the way of action
The user terminal has a button operation mode selection function, which can select click operation or self-retaining operation. When the stop button is invalid, press and open the button to install, release the button to install and stop; press and close the button to install and close the button to install, release the button to install and stop; when self-maintaining operation, press and open the button to install, press and stop the button to install and stop the button to install; the closing operation is the same.
At the time of assembly, this function has been led to the user's connection port by connecting wires. No open-cover selection is needed. The user's connection terminals 19 and 20 are short and select the point operation; 19 and 20 are disconnected and choose the self-retaining operation.
3. Automatic Limitation
The module in the controller detects the limit input and can automatically limit the position. Stop opening output when opening limit action; Stop closing output when closing limit action.
4. Status Indication
In addition to on-site and remote status indicators, there are also on-off status indicators on the panel. When opening the valve, the light flickers, and when opening the limit action, the light turns on; when closing the valve, the light flickers, and when closing the limit action, the light turns off.
5. State feedback
The controller outputs passive trunk contacts in remote and fault states to the computer room.
When choosing remote mode of operation, the remote dry contact closes, indicating that remote operation can be carried out; when choosing local mode, the contact is disconnected;
When the controller fails, if the power supply is out of phase, the fault feedback dry contacts are closed and the computer room is notified. The indicator lights on the panel will flash at the same time.
6. Phase Lack Detection and Phase Sequence Adaptation
The module in the controller detects the phase input of the three-phase power supply in real time, stops alarming when phase missing occurs, and automatically changes the output of the switch if phase sequence reverses, so that the actuator can act in the right direction.
As long as the motor wire is connected before leaving the factory, the actuator can move in the right direction without checking whether the phase sequence input is correct after leaving the factory.
7. Provide 24V DC power supply
Power module can provide 24VDC DC power supply, which can be used as power input of valve position transmitter.
