2SA3 series multi-rotation electric actuator is the driving device of all kinds of electric valves in process control system. It is used to control the opening and closing of valves. It is suitable for gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, and its products can be used for disc valves, ball valves and valves with equal angular stroke. Acting accurately according to control instructions is an indispensable driving device for remote control, centralized control and automatic control of valves; 2SA30 electric actuator is suitable for open-loop control system and 2SA35 series electric actuator is suitable for closed-loop control system. It can accurately adjust the medium pressure, temperature and flow of the system according to control instructions, thus realizing automatic control. The 2SA3 series multi-gyration electric actuators can be widely used in power plants, petrochemical, metallurgical, public utilities and so on.

Classification and configuration of M series power controllers:
MU: Three-phase power controller, with closed-loop control of the electric actuator configuration (referred to as the regulation type).
MD: Single-phase power controller, with closed-loop control of single-phase electric actuator configuration (referred to as single-phase regulation).
MDK: Single-phase power controller, with open-loop control of single-phase electric actuator configuration (referred to as single-phase switch).
MK: Three-phase power controller, with open-loop control of the electric actuator configuration (referred to as switching type).
2SA3, 2SB3, 2SQ3 or 2SJ3 electric actuators are assembled with M series power controllers to form an integral electromechanical actuator, which is suitable for opening, switching or automatic regulating control of various valves in open-loop or closed-loop control systems.

3.1 Microprocessor control, solid state relay drive, reliable performance.
3.2 It has self-diagnostic functions of turn-on and turn-off over-torque fault, stroke control fault, motor overload and mechanical fault, and has local light alarm indication and signal remote transmission.
3.3 It has the control function of in-situ/remote operation. It can display the valve position (0%-99%) by digital tube in situ, which is convenient for field debugging. At the same time, it can output 4-20mA valve position signal to the remote.
3.4 MK remote operation and light signal power supply are output by the controller DC24V for remote control, and MU can supply DC24V for remote input DC24V control.
3.5 MD and MDK can be supplied to DC24V internally or can be controlled by remote input DC24V or 220VAC.
