1.1 Adjustment of Switching and Regulating Electric Devices
1.2 Adjustment of Torque Control Mechanism, Travel Control Mechanism and Opening Indicator Mechanism
Open the cover of the electric box, loosen the fixing screw on the electrical installation board (see Fig. 10), and turn the electrical installation board over 90 degrees, then adjust the torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism and opening indicator mechanism. 1.3 Field/remote control operation
Switching and adjusting electric actuators are equipped with state selection knobs to provide users with on-site control and remote control.
Site control: Pull the status knob to the site position and light the site sign on the display panel. At this time, the operation knob can be opened and closed by the panel to control the action of the actuator.
Remote Control: Pull the status knob to the remote position, and light the remote sign on the display panel. At this time, the remote switch or analog signal controls the action of the actuator.

1. Knob operation instructions
The red knob is the mode button, which can be switched between site/stop/remote. The black knob is the operation button, which can be opened or closed in the field mode. When the field knob is operated, the short time action is in the point mode. When the effective action time of the operation knob exceeds 3 seconds, the lower right corner of the display screen shows that BC is in the field holding mode automatically, and the operation knob is reversed or the mode knob is turned to stop immediately.
2. Operation instructions of remote control (remote control is an optional accessory, please specify when ordering if necessary)

Stop -- Site Stop Key
In the field mode, press "Open" key to perform holding mode to open the valve, press "Close" key to perform holding mode to close the valve, and press "Stop" key to stop.
3. Valve Position One Key Calibration Conditions
1. Ensure that the closing direction of the electric actuator is clockwise.
2. Adjust the contact position of limit switch and moment switch.
3. Adjust the rotation range of potentiometer or absolute encoder.
4. Valve position one key calibration
In the field position, hold down the open key or the close key for about 3 seconds to light the corresponding lamp, then release the key to enter a key calibration state.
The actuator moves towards the turn-off direction and touches the limit switch. The red light and the letter L flash two output feedback low ends. Then the actuator automatically moves towards the open direction and touches the limit switch. The green light and the letter H flash two output feedback high ends, showing 100%, and the calibration completes the automatic exit.
Note 1: Without releasing the key when the corresponding lamp is lit, it can not enter the one-button calibration state.
Note 2: The two indicator lights on LCD and the corresponding indicator lights on the keys are in the same state.
5. Dead Zone Settings (This function is only applicable to moderators)
Dead zone is self-adjusting, need not be set, and has higher accuracy and no oscillation.
Switching type: The control system and the electric actuator are integrated into one, which is called the switch type electric actuator.
