Mobile welding fume purifier is a purifying device specially designed for controlling small metal particles suspended in the air when welding, cutting and grinding, which is harmful to human body. It is suitable for single and double work stations. It has high purifying efficiency, lightness and flexibility, and is equipped with 2-3 meters long flexible suction arm. It is more flexible to move in different work places and more convenient to operate.
Place of use
Mobile welding fume purifier is used in welding, polishing, cutting, grinding and other processes to produce fume and dust, as well as the recovery of rare metals and precious materials, can purify a large number of fine metal particles suspended in the air harmful to human body, reduce the harm to workers'bodies. It has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, low noise, flexible use and small area.
It is suitable for arc welding, carbon dioxide protection welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gas gouging welding, gas melting cutting, special welding and other places where smoke is generated.
The main components include:
Universal suction arm, high temperature suction hose, dust cover (with air flow regulating valve), fire-retardant net, fire-retardant high-efficiency filter element, ash drawer combination, casters with brakes, fans, motors, etc.
Harm:
Du-containing substances, such as ozone, nitrogen oxides, acetaldehyde, rosin acid, isocyanate, sulfide, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, fluoride and chloride, are often produced in welding operations. Ozone in welding zone is produced by photochemistry reaction at main temperature. Short ultraviolet radiation from arc and plasma decomposes oxygen molecules in air into oxygen atoms. When exposed to water programmable nitric acid or nitrite, they have a strong stimulating effect. Inhalation of high concentrations of nitrogen oxides can cause acute asthma or emphysema. Chronic effects over a long period of time can cause debilitating symptoms and respiratory symptoms.
Structural characteristics of mobile welding dust purifier:
A. The whole machine is composed of centrifugal fan, filter chamber, pre-filter, dust collection drawer, purifier chamber, pulse ash cleaning system, electronic control device and flexible suction arm with dust hood.  
B. The purifier uses the filter cartridge as the filter. The filter area is large and the filtration velocity per unit area is low, so it has high filtration efficiency.  
C. The optimum design of the purifier and the technology of equalizing inlet flow and diversion are adopted to solve the problem of uneven air flow in each room of the general bag filter.  
D. The vertical placement of the filter element solves the problem that it is difficult to remove dust from the upper part of the filter element when it is placed horizontally.  
E. Purifier air distribution design is reasonable, resistance loss is small, machine appearance is compact, mobile flexible, simple operation, easy maintenance.  
F. The filter cartridge is coated with Teflon Membrane (TF) with BIA certification. The filtration efficiency is 99.5%. The service life of the filter cartridge is much longer than that of the ordinary filter material under normal operating conditions.  
G. The life of the fine filter is greatly prolonged because of the first stage primary filtration before the fine filter.  
H. The suction arm of the purifier can rotate 360 degrees and move up, down, left and right. It can lock itself at any position in space.  
I. Because the purifier has four wheels at the bottom of the chamber body, it is portable and suitable for areas where the working point is constantly changing and dust must be purified.  
J. According to the different nature of dust, different filter cartridges can be equipped with different filter materials.
