Product Description

Principle and process of adsorption and purification:
1. Adsorption:
Organic waste gas is filtered to remove solid particulate matter and enters the adsorption tank from top to bottom. Organic matter is trapped, adsorbed and concentrated by activated carbon. Purified air is discharged into the atmosphere from the lower part of the tank through the main fan.
2. Desorption
When the organic matter adsorbed by activated carbon reaches saturation state, it stops inhaling organic waste gas. The organic matter is removed from the activated carbon, i. e. desorption, by upward injection of steam into the activated carbon bed for stripping. Activated carbon in the tank is regenerated to restore its activity.
3. Hot air drying and cooling:
After steam desorption, about 80-90% of the vapor condensate is left in the activated carbon layer, which fills the inner pore of the activated carbon, thus reducing the activity of the carbon layer. Therefore, hot air is introduced to dry the carbon layer. Then the steam valve is closed and the normal temperature air is introduced. The activated carbon is cooled to about 25 C. The activated carbon is restored to its original state for recycling.
4. Recovery of organic solvents:
Using the characteristics of higher dew point temperature of organic solvents, the mixture of steam and organic solvents is introduced into the condenser to make it condensate. The condensate enters the separator through traps, and the solvent is lighter than water to separate and recover.
5. Condensate purification:
In order to ensure the cleanliness of condensate and avoid the condensate of organic solvents being discharged into the water body, compressed air is introduced into the water after separation in the separator, so that the organic solvents in the water can be fully liberated. The organic matter-containing air expelled by compressed air returns to the exhaust gas system for re-adsorption. The purified condensate is discharged into the sewer.
6. Continuous adsorption measures:
In the continuous production plant, the adsorption system also needs to work continuously. In the design of the waste gas purification system, the double tank series can be selected for the continuous use of adsorption and regeneration alternately.
7. Regeneration cycle:
The regeneration period should be determined by the concentration of harmful gases in the exhaust after purification. When the concentration of harmful gas is close to the exceeding standard value, it should stop adsorption and regenerate. The concentration of harmful gases at the outlet should be measured in time during the initial working stage of the auxiliary system in order to grasp the reasonable adsorption regeneration cycle.
Scope of application:
Paint coating, spray painting workshop, leather factory, rubber factory, halogenated hydrocarbons (other processes are difficult to deal with, easy to produce secondary pollution), halides (molecular bond energy is higher, other processes are more difficult to deal with), suitable for the treatment of low and medium concentration of waste gas, benzene series of organic matter adsorption efficiency is very high.

Working Principle and Composition:
The equipment is mainly composed of air inlet section, tower body, filter element, differential pressure meter, air outlet section, etc.
The workshop contains organic gas or particulate matter which is collected by the gas collector. The pipeline conveys organic gas into the activated carbon tower. When the organic gas enters the tower, the wind speed falls down, and the larger particulate impurities in the gas settle down naturally at the bottom of the tower. The dissolved organic gas flows into the activated carbon filter layer along with the gas flow. When the organic gas enters the carbon layer, the organic gas is adsorbed into the carbon layer by the activated carbon. In addition, the exhausted air passes through the carbon layer and enters the outlet chamber, and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere after mechanical self-suction. In the adsorption process of the activated carbon layer, the carbon will be saturated for a period of time. The saturation process of the activated carbon is directly related to the concentration of the gas contained in the gas itself and the working time.
