2. Imported EPDM seals
The sealing strip is a new material developed on the basis of technology imported from abroad and independent research and development at home in recent years. The properties and service life of EPDM rubber seals are similar to those of vulcanized EPDM seals.

Product characteristics
1) Light bulk density, high stretching strength, no water absorption (instead of traditional three-oil four felt, asphalt fir board and other materials). The product is environmentally friendly, easy to construct, and has good anti-seepage, anti-leakage and water-proof effect.
2) Anti-corrosion, anti-aging, anti-high and low temperature + 80 -45, non-flowing, non-deforming, non-brittle cracking, long service life.
3) It has an independent opening bubble structure. The appearance of the special joint plate is uniform distribution of honeycomb-shaped holes. It can be closely bonded with cement/sealant without hairing. It adapts to the change of natural expansion and shrinkage, and enhances the expansion and waterproof effect of the joint seal.
Imported EPDM Sealing Strip
1) Low density and high filling
Ethylene propylene rubber has a lower density of 0.87. In addition, a large amount of oil and filler can be added, which can reduce the cost of rubber products, make up for the shortcomings of high raw rubber price of EPR, and for EPR with high Mooney value, the physical and mechanical energy of EPR with high filling can be reduced by a small margin.
2) Aging Resistance
EPDM rubber has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance, color stability, electrical properties, oil filling and room temperature fluidity. Ethylene propylene rubber products can be used for a long time at 120 C, and can be used temporarily or intermittently at 150 - 200 C. Adding suitable antioxidant can increase the use temperature. EPDM crosslinked with peroxide can be used under harsh conditions. Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber can reach 150 hours without cracking under the condition of 50 PPHM ozone concentration and 30% stretching.
3) Corrosion resistance
Due to the lack of polarity and low unsaturation, EPDM has good resistance to various polar chemicals such as alcohol, acid, alkali, oxidant, refrigerant, detergent, animal and vegetable oil, ketone and lipid, but its stability is poor in aliphatic and aromatic solvents (such as gasoline, benzene, etc.) and mineral oils. Under the action of concentrated acid swimming for a long time, the performance also decreases.
4) Water vapor resistance
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber has excellent water vapor resistance. The appearance of EPDM rubber remains unchanged after nearly 100 hours in superheated steam at 230 C. The appearance of fluororubber, silicone rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, butyl rubber, butadiene-fine rubber and natural rubber deteriorated obviously in a short time under tung-like conditions.
5) Temperature range
