Introduction of Steel Plate
09MnNiDR is a steel plate for cryogenic pressure vessels, which implements GB/T3531-2014 standard.
"D" is the first letter of the bass pinyin, and "R" is the first letter of the Rong pinyin.
Delivery status of steel plate: normalizing or normalizing + tempering, steel plate is required to leave the factory - 70 degree C low-temperature impact, impact value is not less than 60J, so the steel plate is mostly used for low-temperature pressure storage tanks, mostly in cold areas.
II. Application of Steel Plate
09MnNiDR cryogenic container plate is widely used in chemical industry, such as chemical petroleum, chemical equipment deethane tower, CO2 absorption tower, medium pressure flash tower, cooler, deethane tower, re-absorption tower, compressor casing, propane cryogenic tank manufacturing and so on. The low-temperature impact of steel plate is required to use this kind of low-temperature container plate.
Third, steel plate inspection methods: ultrasonic testing and compliance with the implementation of BG/T 2970 or JB/T 4730.3, inspection standards and qualified rates should be noted in the prominent position of the contract!
Quality Description: The most important surface of steel plate is not allowed to have cracks, bubbles, folds and inclusions, which are harmful to the quality of steel plate. This is absolutely not allowed. Secondly, there is no stratification in the steel plate.
Batch acceptance: Each batch of 09MnNiDR steel plate is composed of the same brand, the same furnace number, the same thickness and the same heat treatment system. Each batch of steel plate weighing less than 30T, and each sheet of steel plate weighing more than 30T is batched according to the group of sheets.
Steel plate requirements: steel plate thicker than 16 mm can be heat treated tension for mechanical properties testing. Sampling location of mechanical properties is stipulated by GB/T 2975. For steel plates with thickness greater than 40 mm, the axis of impact specimen should be located at a quarter of the thickness. 09MnNiDR steel plate produced by Wuyang Steel Works has good mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness. The actual weight of steel plate exceeds the actual weight of other steel plates of the same grade in China.
