IMC fluorine lined magnetic pump is a new generation of patented product (Patent No.: 201020670554. X) developed by Shanghai Bainuo pump valve Co., Ltd. with new technology. It is molded once by F46. The material has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition and other advantages.
IMC fluorine lined magnetic pump can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, petroleum, environmental protection, rare earth separation, smelting, pickling in automobile manufacturing and other fields.
IMC fluorine lined magnetic pump has unique design, no need of mechanical shaft seal and no leakage. F46, silicon carbide, fluorine rubber and other materials are used as liquid overflow parts. The pump body is fixed with nodular cast iron, so the pump body is enough to support the weight of the pipeline, and the use and maintenance are more convenient.

Product characteristics
1. The inner lining of pump, inner rotor of impeller and isolation sleeve are all made of pure F46 material by one-time molding, without impurity precipitation, which is very suitable for conveying high-purity and highly corrosive chemical liquid;
2. The shell of the pump body is made of nodular cast iron. The pump body is designed according to the standard flange. The mechanical strength is very good, and it can bear the heavy pipe load.
3. The flow passage parts are lined with F46 material, which has the characteristics of six smooth, superior hydraulic performance, small hydraulic friction loss and high efficiency.
4. The pump shaft, bearing sleeve and dynamic and static ring are all made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, which has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance.
5. The unique spiral groove design of the inner hole of the bearing sleeve makes the lubrication of the sliding bearing pair more convenient and easier to take away the heat generated by the friction during the operation of the pump;
6. A reinforcing cover specially made of imported PPS material is added outside the isolation sleeve, so that the pump set can bear high system pressure, and the heat generated by the magnetic eddy current of the metal sleeve can be eliminated;
7. Neodymium iron boron material is selected for internal and external magnetism. The surface of magnetic steel is up to 3600 Gauss, which can smoothly transfer the torque of prime mover to the impeller, and it will not slip under the condition of large flow, and it can also prevent the rotor in the impeller from contacting with the back thrust ring, so as to prevent the melting of fluoroplastic parts due to friction and heating, so as to ensure the normal operation of magnetic pump in the highly corrosive situation;
8. The whole pump set adopts the back pull structure, so that one person can carry out internal maintenance and parts replacement without dismantling the pipeline.
