Use and operation
1 before use, first add 320 heat transfer oil, generally 130kg-150kg at one time, and the oil level shall be subject to the oil standard.
2. When refueling, screw off the pneumatic tee pipe, screw off the oil dipstick hole and exhaust at the same time.
3. When the oil reaches the oil level, stop it for 10 minutes, and then heat it.
4. For heating, it is preferred to close the leakage protection switch in the distribution box and turn the power switch on the door of the distribution box to the open position. At this time, the temperature controller is powered, and the number can be set first.
5. When setting the number of the temperature controller, first press the set key once, and when the number flashes, press increase or decrease. Reset after setting.
6. Add rosin, generally four fifths of rosin barrel is good.
7. For heating, turn the heating switch on the panel of the distribution box to the top right, and the heating green light will be on, and the heating will start to work.
Matters needing attention
1. The vent holes on the rosin pot must be kept unblocked. Blocking is strictly prohibited to prevent serious consequences.
2. Select appropriate power lines, generally 10 square meters for one group of heating, 16 square meters for two groups of heating wiring, national standard line.
3. Be sure to add heat conducting oil before heating. Do not dry burn to avoid damaging the electric heating pipe.
4. Generally, the temperature of rosin pot is 160 ℃ to 250 ℃.
5. If it is found that there is white smoke from the vent hole, it is the carbonization of the heat transfer oil, and the electric heating pipe can not emit, which causes the temperature of the heating pipe to be too high, or the quality of the heat transfer oil is not good, at this time, the heating can not be continued, so the electric heating pipe should be cleaned as soon as possible.
6. Check the oil level of heat transfer oil frequently, and make sure to use the National Standard No. 320 heat transfer oil.
7. Check the tightness of the terminal screws frequently to keep good contact and prevent the wiring relay from being burned by heat.
8. The heat transfer oil must be replaced one year later to prevent aging of the conjunctiva and affect the heating effect.
9. After using the rosin pot for half a year, disassemble the heating flange, clean the impurities in the barrel and the grease on the heating pipe to extend the service life
