DHC / Domnick Hunter / DH compact and dust removal compressed air precision filter adopts high-efficiency borosilicate glass nanofiber material with 96% void ratio. DH filter, as a filter material, can provide excellent filtration efficiency and high dust holding capacity.
Dominic hand precision filter element is constructed by unique deep bed folding technology, which adopts folding rather than winding filter medium. Compared with the traditional spiral wound precision filter element, it increases the filtering area by about 450%, compared with the folding precision filter element, it increases the filtering area by about 200%, thus reducing the flow rate of gas in the medium and improving the filtering performance.

The filter materials are imported from HV company of Germany, with the registered trademark of "Jiajie". Other brands involved in our company have no brand significance, but are only used as model reference and use reference.
Fine classification of precision filter element:
The grade C water removal filter can remove a large number of liquid and solid particles above 3 μ M. the large residual oil content is only 5ppm, with a small amount of water, dust and oil mist. It is used for general protection after air compressor, rear cooler and before other filters; it is used for pretreatment before cold dryer.
The T-stage dust filter can remove the liquid and solid particles as small as 1 μ m, reaching the low residual oil content of only 1.0ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before grade 5 filter, and for further improvement of air quality after cold dryer and suction dryer.
The A-level oil removal filter can remove liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01 μ M. the large residual oil content is only 0.01 ppm, and almost all moisture, dust and oil are removed. Before being used in level 1 filter and suction dryer, it plays a protective role. After the cold dryer, make sure the air is free of oil.
The H-class activated carbon filter can remove oil mist and hydrocarbon as small as 0.01 μ M. the large residual oil content is only 0.001ppm, free of water, dust and oil, odorless and tasteless. Play a filtering role
