Filter element material:

5. Borosilicate fiber filter material is resistant to high temperature, chemical corrosion, high void ratio, high efficiency filtration and low pressure loss.
6. Polyester fiber liquid collecting layer, this material can "catch" the small oil drop formed by the filter layer, and make it quickly settle to the lower part of the filter to avoid flowing with the air flow. Different from foam material, polyester material has some toughness, so as to avoid damage and pollute the downstream air.
7. You should know that for every 0.14kgf/cm of voltage drop, the power input will be increased by 1%.
8. The filter element is kept at low pressure drop level and not saturated during the specified life.
Maintenance:
1. The core component of precision filter is filter element, which is easy to be damaged and needs special protection.
2. When the precision filter works for a long time, it will cut off a certain amount of impurities, which will reduce the working speed, so it is necessary to clean it frequently and clean the filter element at the same time.
3. In the process of cleaning, pay special attention to the cleaning of filter element, do not deform or damage, otherwise it will reduce the filtering accuracy and fail to meet the production requirements.
4. If the filter element is deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
5. Some precision filter elements cannot be used repeatedly, such as bag filter element, polypropylene filter element, etc;
