Filter element material:
1. The end cover of the anti-corrosion filter element is injection molded with nylon reinforcing layer, which is quickly pasted on the filter element with formic alcohol resin.
2. Seal with NBR seal ring and high temperature resistance to 120 °.
3. The stainless steel frame is perforated cylindrical design, the strength is far greater than that of electroplated steel, and the two-way pressure resistance is 7 bar.
4. The particle pre filter layer is wound on both sides of the filter material. When the particle is filtered, the strength of the filter material is added.
5. Borosilicate fiber filter material is resistant to high temperature, chemical corrosion, high void ratio, high efficiency filtration and low pressure loss.
6. Polyester fiber liquid collecting layer, this material can "catch" the small oil drop formed by the filter layer, and make it quickly settle to the lower part of the filter to avoid flowing with the air flow. Different from foam material, polyester material has strong toughness to avoid damage and pollute downstream air.
7. You should know that for every 0.14kgf/cm of voltage drop, the power input will be increased by 1%.
8. The filter element remains at the low pressure drop level and is not saturated during the specified service life.
9. Compared with other pollutants, the pollutant removal ability is stronger, but the pressure drop is smaller.
Maintenance:
1. The core component of precision filter is filter element, which is easy to be damaged and needs special protection.
2. When the precision filter works for a long time, it will cut off a certain amount of impurities, which will reduce the working speed, so it is necessary to clean it frequently and clean the filter element at the same time.
3. In the process of cleaning, pay special attention to the cleaning of filter element, do not deform or damage, otherwise it will reduce the filtering accuracy and fail to meet the production requirements.
4. If the filter element is deformed or damaged, replace it immediately.
5. Some precision filter elements cannot be used repeatedly, such as bag filter element, polypropylene filter element, etc;
matters needing attention:
1. The filter is configured according to the principle of "coarse first, then fine", and the order cannot be reversed.

2. The actual compressed air flow, pressure and temperature through the filter shall not exceed the specified value.
3. Pay attention to the inlet and outlet positions of the filter during installation.
4. The filter shall be installed vertically. A certain height from the ground is reserved for easy replacement of filter elements.
5. In case of any of the following conditions, the filter element shall be replaced:
a. The effect of the filter was deteriorated obviously;
