The filter is a cylindrical cylinder structure, made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. The folding filter element is used as the filter element, which can filter out particles and bacteria in liquid and gas above 0.1 μ M.
The gas filter is composed of shell, multiple filter elements, backwashing mechanism, electric control box, reducer, electric valve and differential pressure controller. The diaphragm plate in the shell divides the inner cavity into upper and lower cavities, and the upper cavity is equipped with multiple filter elements, which makes full use of the filtering space, significantly reduces the volume of the filter, and the lower cavity is equipped with backwash suction cups. During operation, the turbid liquid enters into the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet and the inner chamber of the filter element through the diaphragm hole. Impurities larger than the gap of the filter element are intercepted, and the purified liquid passes through the gap to the upper chamber and is sent out from the outlet.
Product performance:
The negative pressure suction sterilization filter is composed of microporous membrane filter element with a filtration accuracy of 0.22 μ m, which is made of hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene imported from the United Kingdom. It is mainly used to prevent impurities and harmful bacteria and microorganisms in the air from entering the tank, production line, sterile room, etc., causing changes in water quality, products and sterile room environment, meeting the requirements of food, biochemistry, beverage, beer, medicine, electronics It is a kind of ideal hydrophobic gas organic solvent sterilization filter.
