Types of vacuum filtration
Vacuum filtration is applied to various vacuum pumps, mainly divided into the following three categories:
Inlet filtration
Vacuum pump inlet filtration can prevent the entry of liquid, solid particles and potential bacterial pollutants. High quality filter and filter element prevent the rotating parts of vacuum pump from being damaged, so that the pollutants can be effectively controlled.
Internal filtration
Internal filtration is generally used in low vacuum applications. These devices require lubricating oil to lubricate moving parts, such as vane pumps. The vacuum oil separator is directly installed in the vacuum pump to effectively separate the oil in the exhaust. Therefore, all oil mist and fume can be removed. The oil separated from the gas is returned to the oil lubrication circulating system of the vacuum pump for reuse to save cost.
Outlet filtration
The exhaust filter is used for the oil lubricated vacuum pump without internal oil separator, and also for the vacuum pump with internal oil separation. The high-efficiency activated carbon material is used to remove the peculiar smell in the exhaust gas and protect the working environment.
