Application and operation:
1. Before use, 320 heat transfer oil should be filled first. Generally, 130kg ~ 150kg should be filled at one time. When filling, the oil level should be subject to the vernier.
2. When refueling, the air hole tee should be unscrewed, and the oil dipstick hole should be unscrewed to facilitate exhaust.
3. When the oil reaches the oil level, let it stop and wait for 10 minutes before heating.
4. When heating, first close the leakage protection switch in the distribution box, and turn the power switch on the door of the distribution box to the open position. At this time, the temperature controller has power, and the number can be set first.
5. When setting the number of the temperature controller, first press the set key once. When the number flashes, you can press ↑, ↓ to increase or decrease, and reset after setting.
6. Add rosin. Generally, it is better to add 4 / 5 rosin into the pot.
7. Heating: turn the heating switch on the panel of the distribution box to heating, and the direction points to the upper right. At this time, the heating light is green and the heating starts to work.
matters needing attention:
1. The ventilation hole above the rosin pot must be kept unobstructed. It is strictly prohibited to block it to prevent serious consequences.
2. To choose a suitable power line, generally one group of heating copper wire 10 square meters, two groups of heating wiring 16 square meters, national standard line.
3. Be sure to add heat transfer oil before heating, do not dry burn, in order to avoid burning the electric heating pipe.
4. The general temperature of rosin pot heating is 160 ℃ to 250 ℃.
5. If it is found that white smoke is emitted from the air outlet, it is the carbonization of the heat transfer oil and the electric heating pipe cannot emit, resulting in the high temperature of the heating pipe, or the quality of the heat transfer oil is not good, so the heating can not be continued at this time, and the electric heating pipe should be treated as soon as possible
