In the light of CHL stainless steel multistage pump startup and maintenance:
1, the pump must be filled with water {or pumped liquid} to start.
To pump irrigation in Intrusion system:
Close the pump outlet valve, open the pump body on the bleeding screw plug, slowly open the inlet valve, until the stable flow of water gushing out of the screw plug, and then tighten the bleeding screw plug.
In the liquid level below the pump open system to pump irrigation:
Before starting the pump, the air must be exhausted, so that the water inlet pipe and pump are filled with water.
The pump is strictly prohibited without the media to operate, to avoid mechanical seal, sliding bearing damage.
2, check the direction of rotation
Close the power, observe the rotation direction {see fan}, the correct direction of rotation is from the motor end to the pump, the pump should be rotated in a counter clockwise direction.
3, start the pump should be checked before
Check whether the pump is firmly fixed;
Pump is filled with water, liquid can freely pass;
Power grid voltage is correct;
Whether the rotation direction is correct;
The Hu has a pipeline is connected closely, the pipeline can be normal water supply;
Water pipeline valve is fully open;
The outlet valve should be opened slowly after the pump has been started;
If the pressure gauge is installed, check the working pressure;
All the controls needed for normal operation. If the pump is controlled by the pressure switch, check, adjust the start and disconnect the pressure. Check the full load current of the motor through the pressure switch should not exceed the maximum allowable current.
4, control the operation of the pump
Pump can not start too frequent. Recommends no more than 100 times per hour to start;
The performance range of pump with reference to the use of bold curve, to prevent overheating and traffic flow is too small is too large to use motor overload.
Pay attention to the pump running when there is no noise, found that abnormal should immediately stop the inspection and timely exclusion.
5, anti freezing measures
Pump can be used in the water has taken anti freezing measures in the system. If the pump is installed in a place where it is easy to freeze, an appropriate amount of antifreeze must be added to prevent the liquid from freezing and damaging the pump. If there is no antifreeze, the pump should be shut down when there is a risk of frost. When the pump is stopped, the water must be drained and the water in the system must be discharged.
6, the pump should be checked regularly
