SZ - type water ring vacuum pump product overview:
SZ type water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are used to pump or compressed air and other non corrosive, insoluble in water, containing no solid particles, to a certain degree of vacuum in a sealed system, commonly used in vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum drying, vacuum filtration, vacuum feeding process. But the inhaled gas may contain a small amount of liquid which is widely used in mechanical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar and electronic industry. Because in the work process, gas compression is isothermal, so in the compression and pumping flammable, explosive gas, it is not easy to risk, so the SZ type water ring vacuum pump application more widely.
Type SZ has SZ-1, SZ-2, SZ-3 and SZ-4 four kinds of specifications, SZ type water ring vacuum pump formed by the maximum vacuum respectively in the 86~95% between. SZ type water ring vacuum pump is composed of pump body (1) and two side cover (2) (3). SZ type water ring vacuum pump equipped in the stuffing box cover in both sides of (2) (3), in the back with a filler, water chamber, water from the pipe (11) enter the room, a part of the water cooling through the packing stuffing, the other part into the pump body, under the action of centrifugal force the leaf end flow between the impeller and the full side cover.

The intake pipe (10) and a gas water separator together supply pump to circulating water, in order to make the pump cavity at both ends of the side gap and get good packing seal, seal tubes (11) must be made by a continuous supply of clean water. At the end of the coupling in order not to make the bearing oil leakage, which is provided with a felt ring (20) to seal.
