Water ring vacuum pump and compressor in installation, the installation must be level, and through the bottom hole bolt installation. In order to prevent the welding slag from entering the vacuum pump at the time of installation, the filter screen should be installed in the suction pipe at installation time.
2, the installation of water ring vacuum pump gas water separator
The water ring vacuum pump gas water separator can be directly installed on the exhaust port of the water ring vacuum pump. The gas water separator is provided with a pipeline and a pump, which can supply water ring vacuum pump, and the other working water is supplied by the water supply pipe.
A check valve should be installed on the air inlet pipe of the water ring vacuum pump or compressor to prevent the water from the vacuum pump or the water in the compressor to return to the system under the pressure of the exhaust pipe.
