The outer tube heating reactor, the outer half pipe type heating stainless steel reaction kettle, inner tube heating reactor. The reaction kettle is made up of pot cover, cylinder body, jacket, stirrer, shaft seal transmission device and support. It is made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless acid resistant steel plate with the kettle body and parts contacting with the material in the reactor.
The use of the reaction kettle: This equipment is suitable for the reaction and concentration of the liquid materials such as medicine, food, light industry and chemical industry.
Structure and characteristics: according to the nature of the material, the reactor inside the reactor can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Material heating can be used in three kinds, such as electric heating rod, heat conduction oil, steam and so on. The reaction kettle is composed of the auxiliary body of the pot body, the cover of the pot, the agitator and the drive shaft, the shaft seal device and the transmission device.
Operation requirements: heating should be slow, especially the first heating should be taken to prevent caused by oil vapor and water vapor bumping. In the case of no material empty pot in the pot, it is not allowed to turn on the thermal power supply and heat oil jacket test. The heat of circulating heat transfer oil can not be heated by steam.
